Croissants

The smell of my freshly baked Croissants is enough to jump start my day!  It's a gloomy Saturday morning, and I started kneading my dough the day before.  Making fresh croissants is really worth the effort (after a lot of folding, and rolling, and folding again, and rolling again..). Indeed a happy Saturday!
