September 11, 2011It was a lazy Sunday afternoon, the weather outside is humid, and there's nothing much to do at home. I have no choice but to kill my boredom and flip some flour and chocolates and bake some yummy cupcakes.
Armed with my toppings collection (I use them mostly for pancakes) together with my Betty Crocker chocolate frosting, my cupcakes are ready to go!
And to give it some twist, I opt to place a piece of vanilla marshmallows in the center for it to melt while baking... and the results are good.
